The Details

As a last step making your cowboy hat coins, the Crown Creaser allows for adding a nice, sharp crease to the dome of your hat.

Place your finished cowboy hat on a firm flat surface on your press (the Delrin Mini-Pucks work great for this).

IMPORTANT: Do not use the cowboy hat folding puck as the base, it would cause damage to the puck.

Using the neodymium magnet side, attach the crown creaser to your press foot, and rotate it into place over your cowboy hat. Rotate the hat and creaser, aligning them as desired. Once aligned, give it a gentle press to the depth you would like the crease.

Start slowly, as if you don’t move things around, you can continue to press a bit more if you want a deeper crease.
