The Kennedy half dollar was first minted in 1964, designed by Mint sculptors Gilroy Roberts and Frank Gasparro.

The obverse of the coin features a bust of President Kennedy, “LIBERTY, “In God We Trust” and the year. The reverse features a Presidential seal, surrounded by “UNITED STATES OF AMERICA” “HALF DOLLAR”.

Handcrafted guitar pick made from a random year US Kennedy Half Dollar (1971 to Present – please note that no Half Dollars were minted in 1975).
Available in a brightly hand polished finish.
The Kennedy half dollar is first annealed, then pressed into an impression die on a 20 ton hydraulic press before being hand cut, shaped, polished and finished.
Delivered in an Unminted LTD branded kraft coin enveloped and card.
