Using the UnMinted Quick-Change Metal Stamping Jig | Hand Stamping Edition
The UnMinted Quick-Change Metal Stamping Jig holds your stamps straight, flush to your work and steady while metal stamping. The jig’s wide stance allows for 1/4″ of clearance over your workpiece, and works with a wide variety of metal stamps in varying shapes and sizes – regardless of brand.
Place the Quick-Change Metal Stamping Jig on your stamping block with it’s 3 feet flat on your block and narrow end up. Snap your metal stamp of choice into the corner pocket against the strong neodymium magnets and position the stamp over your work piece.
Place your thumb against the metal stamp and using your stamping method of choice (hammer or arbor press), stamp your impression.

IMPORTANT: It’s important that both your jig and work piece is placed on a flat / level stamping block surface, and that your metal stamp remains vertical at all times in order to avoid slipping.
